Kind of interest that there appears to be no reason to look at the QB position. Time will tell...

Perfect assessment to me. Let's go get some players.

Ponder has thrown about 2 accurate passes deep down the sideline. Everything else has either been out of bounds or underthrown. Good luck.

If you don't have an elite QB the rest of the draft doesn't matter. Need 'none' at QB is mind-boggling because no coach has ever anointed a young, below-average performer as the unequivocal starter. Frasier's a defensive coach and he'll soon be a defensive coordinator if he continues down the Ponder or bust path.

I was not overly impressed with Ponder but he did improve and did make it the playoffs. He didn't exactly have the talent at the WR position to go deep. Jarius had a great long catch over the middle BTW. A tall WR that can give Ponder a target like Justin Hunter would help. SS is a high priority IMHO. 0 int's and only 6 PBU's at that position is unacceptable in our division. We need PLAYMAKERS on defense. I guess years of mediocrity will lead you to believe that platooning 3 sub par guys is ok. There are so many possibilities out there, we need to prioritize correctly. MLB WR SS.

I had dinner with Spielman last night and the vikes are taking Manti Teo for sure. He's going to be a beast in a couple years. We're coming!
