Who needs 4 prospects when we trade them for a Pominville?

Sending two low-scoring prospects down to Houston won't cure thier listless play, scoring drought and poor goaltending. It's time to think about the "system" and why it's not producing. I think Yeo is wayyyyyyyy over his head and fails to instil passion in the team.

When this bold move fails, just like the Leddy trade failed, just like the Pominville trade failed, just like the drafting of Granlund failed, just like the hiring of Yeo failed, can we please start over next year and end the Fletcher/Yeo experiment. Both were rookies in their new role and both have failed. Time for Leipold to open his pocketbook, but this time instead of getting high priced players, he need to get an experienced GM and Coach.

Confusing for sure. A team with so much potential just drifting. Other than the first line and Cullen they all seem listless. No desire for the kill. This is sad to watch for a true hockey fan. The third period against Calgary was just brutal for what's at stake. System, system. This time of year if your a winner you just go out and play. Let your instincts take over and beat your opponent to death. That's what good teams do.

A good coach adjusts his system to the players strengths. Yeo needs to be fired.

Yeah, that's the problem. If Nick Leddy, Minnesota's Golden Boy was still here, we'd be battling for the #1 seed in the Western Conference. Can we stop beating that dead horse? If Leddy was here, fans would be all over him for any mistake he made. Instead, he gets to play with two of the games best in Keith and Seabrooke. Before Suter, who would Leddy have played with here to mentor his game? I bet he would have been ridden hard by fans saying he was only drafted because he was from MN. He's had a good season this year, no doubt. But, the kid was -12 last year on the Chicago Blackhawks, a very high scoring team. But, god knows how Minnesotans loves everything they can claim as their own.

I like this move, get Clutter back up to line 3, Pominville with Cullen and Seto on line 2. And Line 4 will be what it's supposed to be, energy and checking. Everything will be fine, relax.
