Mark, you make a good point. The best part of this draft, might be the 3rd to 5th round. This is a great draft for mid/late players. Most of the time, the positional grades have 1-2 elite players, 3-4 2nd tier guys, and then a bunch of players with off the field issues, raw talents who need work, or small school projects. I've looked at the scout ratings, from at least a dozen different Pro Scouting reports. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of difference between the #1-3 guys, and the ones who are rated #5 to 10. If you can't get some good players in the 4th, 5th, and 6th round, then you might as well get rid of your entire scouting dept. Spielman & comp. did a great job last season with their draft. I think the depth of this year's class will net the Vikes with 2-3 new starters, and some really good back-ups. Can't wait till thursday. GO VIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read alot of blogs, in the last few weeks. I only have one word of advise for Spielman. DON'T LISTEN TO US FANS !!!!!! Do what you get paid to do, and fill the Team's roster with guys who can play. GO VIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3rd-5th round would be a great time to select a QB. Zac Dysert, Mike Glennon could be a sneaky pick. Why not take a Flyer on a guy considering your Roster includes Ponder, Cassel. However this is something the Vikings have struggled with. Drafting a QB when you may already have a so-called starter.
