After playing only one regular-season night game in 2012 — a mandatory Thursday nighter — the team is again registering as a strong draw for the under-the-lights TV slots.

Always look for positives in life, another 3-13 season and Frazier,Musgrave, etc will be fired and just maybe the Wilfs will understand the importance of a real Head Coach like Cowher or Gruden. Go Vikes in 2014!!!

Two positives, we won't have to play at Green Bay or Chicago in December when it is 10 above 0.

Weird first part of the schedule - home once in 5 weeks.

Two road games to start, a "home game" in London, a way-too-early bye week...plus, we haven't played well on SNF and MNF for years. Not ideal.

you know what? 2 away games, then technically a home game... guess what this ressembles? anyone remember the 2009 campaign when we went 12-4? I'm feeling an itch right now... and it's not a nervous one. Peterson is better, and both Ponder and Cassel are both younger QBs so they can take a bit more pain and punishment unlike Favre. If Ponder can stay even remotely consistent, it will be JUST like the 2009 season, except I think we might go all the way this upcoming season... just my personal thoughts.
