At easygoing Nightingale, chef/co-owner Carrie McCabe-Johnston caters to late-night appetites with a gotta-try-this array of small plates: bruschetta four ways, hearty meatballs, Thai-style spareribs, caviar-topped deviled eggs, ale-steamed mussels, lovely salads and other inventive, moderately priced dishes. Kitchen open to 1 a.m. Tue.-Sun.
