Touching and bittersweet. The Boston Marathon is such an amazing event. Thank you for sharing your experience with those of us who have never had the honor or opportunity to experience this event.

Thank you for the beautiful letter. I also ran Boston and finished 20 minutes before the bomb went off. Your letter describes the event perfectly. I feel honored and blessed to have shared in the marathon experience. I am deeply saddened by the horrible acts of violence.

I found the article inspiring and supportive of all the 'great' people involved in making the Boston Marathon a true snapshot of our American spirit! Today, we are all one country who mourn over this senseless tragedy!
