Do yourself a favor - go to BreadSmith get yourself a pretzel bun then go to Lunds and pick up some Kobe Roast Beef from the deli. Along with some kettle chips and you have a very tasty meal. Trust me.

I like a pretzel bun with a slice of cheese and yellow mustard. But I'm not making bread.

There is nothing as gratifying as making bread on a windy snowy day. Yes, you can buy almost anything you want ready-made these days but sharing something you made with people you love can't be beat. These were simple and delicious! Keep this and other like recipes coming (English muffins made fresh every single weekend). I've got a long line of "beta-testers" as my nephew calls himself and others waiting for those English muffins, my homemade ice creams, OR anything else to come out of my kitchen! Thanks.

Sign me up to be a beta-tester! Even for those non-bakers (that includes me!), I'd rather have something from my sister's kitchen than mass produced.
