Seeing that people are so proud of it - I say play the thing in honor of the freedom and liberty Margaret Thatcher stood for. And, also resolve to air a tribute to her to honor her contributions to freedom and liberty. Fair and balanced I say.
Liberal minded people are so childish and immature. A person has died, and they celebrate. How morbid and sick.
I don't like this one bit but the old adage applies here; "You reap what you sow."
If you need to say Fair and balanced -chances are you are neither...
Most generally characterize Ms. Thatcher as educated, articulate, powerful and a good spouse. Funny how after her death so many articles and comments were made how she wasn't a strong feminist. Let's look at this again, edcuated, articulate, powerful and a good spouse. How could these characteristics not epitomize a feminist?
Actually as the words dimly ring thru my mind I find it funny. INSENSITIVE of course. But here freedom of speech says it is thin ice to banish something because of what people assume rather than the words. No adult content = OK, insensitive = OK. What is 'says' about those celebrating her death is on them.
How absolutely pitiful and childish. The sad thing is, just like the low brow lefties over here, most of the people engaging in this probably couldn't name one bad thing she did.
this is really easy for Auntie Beeb. either they run true to the program and play the song... or they don't play the song and say why. they can say why in a news release or on the air, doesn't matter. either way they're going to hack off half the people, so just do one or the other and move on.
Those on the left are truly vile. This woman saved, or postponed the inevitable ruination of Great Britain. She should be a model for all of Europe and Democratic counties everywhere.
Not sure how much more 'tolerant' liberalism we can stand.
