Sheesh - I've seen several sites offer "timelines" including one that creates a timeline of your employment history. I guess they all infringe?
oh and "Timelines" appears to be the actual registered trademark. Anyone can have a timeline for anything. Timelines® and The History of Us® are registered trademarks of Timelines, Inc.
Just a silly opinion: I'm surprised Webster's Dictionary hasn't sued anybody for being one of the first to publish such words that these buffoons are suing over.
