Rough days for Hicks, Plouffe, and Parmalee. Hicks might want to re-think that switch-hitting thing FAST. Plouffe showed lack of range and made some terrible outs. Ditto for Parm. Lot of wasted chances. Encouraged by Worley, considering. Big boys did their jobs, but it looks like the Twins' soft underbelly is going to cause major problems.

not too bad - worley competed fine (better than anyone last year) new hitters got schooled by verlander (not suprising) - pretty good effort for 1st game

12 Men left on base. Thinking Plouffe, Doughnut or Parmelee are MLB players is just crazy. Thanks Pohlad family for not spending any monet AGAIN this off season, just wait unil next year though cause we have lots of great prospects in the Minors... yeah right!

Do you think adding another 20 mill to this payroll is going to add a significant number of wins? Forget it...if anything, they should dump MORE payroll. Face facts, they need to rebuild. They're playing for 2014-2015

The Twins will have a loss for every degree between 0 - 100 this year. In other words, regardless of temperature this team is no better than an intramural junior college team...heavily intoxicated...in Fridley. That Fridley part is to pay homage to Uncle Mauer.

Target must be so proud to sponsor the field on which so much discount takes place...

So glad I chose not to renew my season tickets this year... Money well saved on an inferior product.
