And 179,000 gun related jobs are now on the way OUT of the United Soviet State of Connecticut.
Like the courage of Connecticut lawmakers. Sure beats the lack of courage by Minnesota lawmakers. Reality of gun control is to limit weapons that have no place in civilian hands. Not made for game hunting, not assault style, don't feed Rambo Personality Disorder. Wish our lawmakers had the spine of Connecticut. Pray it does not take a Sandy Hook incident to bring this close enough to home to take responsible action. At the same time, our own local reality should be enough.
What are they going to do when someone attacks another set of people and that person has not obeyed any of the laws of CT. Morons think that you can control guns? Don't focus on people that don't need the spotlight. Focus on how to prevent criminals not how to prevent Everyday Joe from having fun.
Because the Connecticut ban on assault weapons worked so well...
Alright, let's get the other 49 states on board!
Good. The rest of the states need to get it done as well.
Now, take them away from the police since the state was now rendered lawful and a safe place to live. Finally, criminals will never brandish a weapon again, no need for a cop to have a gun. I can't wait to see all the people moving to the utopia that CT has created! I feel so good now! Since only people who have declared their magazines and guns will have them, there is no need to ever worry again. Good job CT. Your citizens are so much safer now. Get ready for the trains and buses to come and take you away.
That existing ban on assault weapons did so much.... there has not been a single bill that focuses on the actual problem, people. That's really unfortunate that they chose to go down a path that will never work. What will they do when the next tragedy happens?
Give the police the right to frisk and stop vehicles and you will see guns disappear faster than Taxpayer dollars.
More laws. The same inevitable failure. Ask Chicago how their gun laws work. But I must admit, it must be nice to be a liberal, when you can feel free to tear up the United States Constitution whenever you feel the urge.
