Fire the union business agent. He seems to be the only one in the world who didn't see this coming. Also, the workers who drank his kool-aid should have know better also, if they would have talked to people in non union jobs about the growing trend of businesses not absorbing any more costs to stay competitive. At least they were offered a raise as part of the deal to help offset health care costs. Most of us in the private sector didn't even get that over the last few years.

Why even bother as they have already voted it down four times. Get over it and move on! Oh- that right, the unemployment benefits must be running out finally due to the sequester.

Sure, they can vote but I hope Crystal Sugar reduces their offer 50% across the board. These people do not deserve to be employed by this company ever again. With our awesome economy, why dont they just go out and get new, higher paying jobs.........I keep hearing how well everything is going.
