Suspicion has "shifted" to violent white supremacists? Was anyone else ever under suspicion? Who attacks government and law enforcement figures in the US other than white supremacists? Where does the antisocial venomous rhetoric come from in our country? Who's always talking about taking up arms and getting organized to attack the structure or our society?
If anybody other than white supremacist gangs were suspected in this case, that would be newsworthy indeed.
A gun nut state that has allowed itself to be bought by the gun industry and the NRA and is now paying the price.
Quite the climate the GOP and the NRA have grown, isn't it? Who bought all those guns and ammo? Yeah, a lot of thugs.
The victims were no doubt packing heat .... under the NRA philosophy that they want to have in public schools, why didn't they turn the tables on the killer and defend themselves?
These are the "right wing terror groups" that the Obama administration was attacked for mentioning as a growing threat back in 2009. The GOP, Fox and talk radio spent weeks attacking Napolitano and Obama over that report. Remember? I do.
Funny how all the teaparty psycos go silent when something like this happens. This is the consequence of all that talk about "fighting the government," and it's pretty hard to defend in any rational way.
It says the guy always packed a gun. The dead police in California had loaded guns on them. all died by gunshot. Having a loaded handgun on you apparently doesn't necessarily save you from someone elses's gunshot.
I guess whoever is responsible for these shootings didn't get the memo that it's illegal to kill people. Yet we expect them to follow gun laws?

I am pretty sure any gun they used was not owned legally. By your logic, people should not own cars if they also drink. Drunk drivers kill people therefore we should ill legalize cars and booze.
