A lead sponsor of the Arkansas ban, Republican state Sen. Jason Rapert, said threats of lawsuits “should not prevent someone from doing what is right.” - If taxpayer money is going to be used, they should be charged criminally with stealing. How's that for a threat of a law suit.

$2 millon to defend these bills in court is chicken feed. It is less than $2 per ND resident, and the state put away $2000 each from the oil revenue last year ($1.6 Billion). If Northrup is worried about wasting taxpayer dollars, maybe we could cut some of the $500 million annually given to Planned Parenthood. Bill G.
