Justice Scalia has bone to pick with K-9 sleuths

In opinions on abortion and gay rights, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has taken an offensively narrow view of the Constitution’s guarantees of due process and equal protection.

I think he understands that marriage and abortion are not constitutionally protected rights that can be decided at the federal level. He believes that the states need to decide these issues as the founding fathers intended. If anything and everything is a federal issue then what is the point of having state governments?

If anything and everything is a federal issue then what is the point of having state governments? - Then let's dissolve the "United" states of America and let it be everyone for themselves. Oh, but don't cross my border with that "particular" complaint.
