It's explicitly contrary to Federal Law, the Price-Waterhouse decision regarding the Civil Rights Act 1964. So all it will do is cost the Arizona taxpayers, including those discriminated against, more millions in legal costs to defend the indefensible. Unconstitutional too.
Gee... If I say I identify more with females even though I am a male I should now have access to the female restrooms, locker rooms and changing rooms. What on earth are people thinking! This has gone way too far. You are a male or you are a female. Use the facilities for your actual gender.
DNA does not lie. saying you identify with another gender or even having parts altered does not change your sex. You people saying their rights are been violated are totally ignoring the rights of the rest of us.
So, if I decide to use a female locker room to check out naked ladies and I am arrested can I just say I really believe I am a female and they have to let me go? Oh yeah, this is smart.
I should have the right to marry anyone I want. I should have the right to use any restroom I want. I should have everything and anything I want, including your money. I am a liberal.
Just because activists paraded 200 people into the hearing means nothing. What these people need is access to psychiatric care and not the opposite genders bathrooms.
