ANY of the three would have been deserving of the award. I'm just glad that all of them chose the U of M. Kind of bittersweet that Sunday's championship game will be the last time all three will play together. It's been a pleasure watching them grow and develop together. Go out in style and make it a repeat!!

The championship game should be a really good one! Gophers will have their hands full, especially trying to contain the top line of Poulin-Kohanchuk-Lefort. Watched the BU/Mercyhurst game, and that line was so dominant at times - the crisp passing and knowing where their line mates would be - that it seemed like they were on a power play!! (The third goal scored by BU was on a beautiful play by Kohanchuk spinning around so her back was to the goal and then passed to the streaking teammate for an easy chip in) Although, I think if the Gophers can get more traffic in front of Kerrin Sperry than Mercyhurst did, they'll have a better chance of getting some pucks in the net. Also, the Gophers can not afford to be lax in the first minutes of the game - Boston U attacked in the opening minutes of each period and scored a goal within the first minute of both periods one and two. Finally, if the Gophers can play through the physicality of Boston University, and not got caught up in trying to retaliate, they should do fine. ONE MORE GAME - YOU CAN DO IT!! GOOD LUCK and KEEP IT GOING!!
