Burnsville sewage seeps into Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge

A clogged pipe went unnoticed and sewage went up a manhole and into a wetland in the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge.

"the lake’s primary purpose is to provide cooling water for Xcel Energy’s Black Dog power plant" um... no... WRONG!! The lake's primary purpose is to provide habitat for fish as well as drinking water for land animals...
