this is typical behavior. The govt. looks the other way when it comes to a certain activity and then the public has to take it too far. The beach has become something that it was never intended due to people's lack of discretion and decadence. Just can't leave well enough alone.

"Everything we've done has not made any difference." - - - How about enforcing ALL the laws....nudity included? Are we a nation of laws or a nation of Dane County prosecutors that decide what laws to enforce???

"Are we a nation of laws or a nation of Dane County prosecutors that decide what laws to enforce???". Our federal government chooses not to enforce immigration laws currently on the books and takes the state of Arizona to court when they enforce them. Go figure.
