Kudos to Joe Esposito for a great job of scheduling... few cupcakes is a lot better than the soft schedule they had in years past.

Kirby Puckett - a man who was the wrong shape and size to play baseball but was a fan favorite and HOF player anyway - said he got where he was by playing every game for the pure joy of it and playing as if it was his last... They give the Medal of Honor and the medals for bravery not for being the best or for individual achievement, but for sacrificing some of yourself for your teammates... Is there any better way to play the game? Really?.. All out in joy, and to make every one of your mates seem better? You'll remember the respect that gets until you die... Play to let everybody be more than they would be alone - play knowing that basketball is NOT hard work - it is working hard and smart and having fun doing it.

If you are a real Gophwr fan you will be cheering like mad for the Gophers to continue to tank out the season so Teague will have no choice but to fire Tubby who should have been canned two years ago

"you will be cheering like mad for the Gophers to continue to tank out the season so Teague will have no choice but to fire Tubby"..Is THAT because the Monson, Haskins, Musselman, Brewster, Mason, Wacker and Salem firings have ended so well and led the Gopher teams to SO MUCH eventual glory, Big10 titles and national recognition which made all the money spent on various coach's buyouts worthwhile?...Yeah, it sounds like the same ignorant ideas with only the names, dollars and dates having changed.
