Wait, I heard 16" at the end of last week...can we penalize the weather terrorists for faking snow totals for ratings?

Do you now how many storms (some with names) we've had this year? ZERO! We have only snowfalls, and not very big ones at that. The hype the press gives to such weather is unbelievable, especially since there are wars going on which are killing people (of course, most of them are not "our people"); and we have homeless, starving humans all over the world let alone here in our above average cities. But OMG the weather! I have heard terms like 'bracing' for a storm, 'digging' our way out, and other hyperbole - all while disasters are going on all around us. Our weather 'storms' can keep us entertained as to how hard we have it.
