Its a great time to sell a business and many are because of the new taxes, regulations and Obamacare.

It's called a bubble. The Federal Reserve is printing $45 BILLION per month and using that money to buy securities. Bond prices are up (and interest rates way down) and stock prices are up. The bubble will pop. With national GDP growth dismal and in no way able to justify such lofty stock values, that bubble may pop sooner rather than later. That is why people are selling. They are getting out at the peak of the market.

Agree this is a bubble. Buyer beware. Cost of capital is very cheap right now, and it seems sellers are taking advantage by over pricing their businesses.
