Lower bail denied St. Paul suspect in wife's killing

A judge refused to lower the $1 million bail for Jeffery Trevino, the suspect in his wife’s presumed murder. The victim’s body has not been found.

Inmates are told that their phone calls will be monitored and recorded. Some seem to think if they start out a phone conversation by saying, "I'm being recorded," correctional officers won't bother listening to the rest of their conversation, and they proceed to discuss things they probably shouldn't. Too bad Mr. Trevino didn't reveal where he buried his wife after he (allegedly) killed her.
