Dear Mister_E, there's more to this story than what's printed here. I suggest you check the archives regarding an article from the fall about e-pull tabs. The Gambling Control Board has rushed several parts of the process.

First the criticism was the Gambling Control Board was moving too slowly on the electronic gaming approval process. Now the complaint is they moved too quickly?
