At least Rick Perry's corrupt Lieutenant Governor was an Afro-American woman. In one sense at least Florida's GOP has progressed further than Minnesota's.

I wonder which of the GOP's values the Lt. Gov. was highlighting here? Didn't Florida recently have another GOP lawmaker resign due to some criminal activity?

For those finger pointing progressives, please consider the following. 1-Representative Jackson and spouse in or will be in federal prison. 2-former Detroit Mayor Kirkpatrick in federal, prison. 3-Not one but two Illinois governors in federal prison. 4-new Orleans mayor, headed for federal prison. 5-Former San Diego mayor headed for prison. All Democrats! So please take the time to vilify the Republicans while ignoring the obvious.

All Democrats! So please take the time to vilify the Republicans while ignoring the obvious. *** Obviously all financial corruption by prominent public officials of either party is sad and shameful to be sure, but prior to becoming governor, Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker awarded control of the same Veterans Fund on different occasions to two different aides, both of whom went to prison for embezzlement. What's not so obvious is the reason for these GOP governors' proximity to scams ripping off Veterans.

Why on earth does this still appear on the web site? Certainly the Strib doesn't have to prove anything to either party. Do they?
