"played the game without injured starters Tony Parker, Tim Duncan Kawhi Leonard" Stop making excuses for them. Players go down and others need to step up right? right? I am joking of course. If Parker and Duncan were not in the Spurs lineup every night the Spurs would not have the record that they do. Likewise, if Love, Buddinger, Pckovic, etc. etc. had never been hurt we would be talking about what a great playoff matchup this would be. I am all about team play but a guy is a starter or an all star for a reason and if they didn't make a positive impact on the team then they shouldn't have been out there in the first place. Injuries aren't excuses for failure. They are simply reasons for failure.

What? I had to double check the score twice? I saw the half-time score while I was at the gym...I think it was 53-38, and thought, the Wolves will find a way to lose this game. Glad I was wrong. That's a nice surprise in a bummer of a season. Go Pups! Good for Rubio to have a break-out game like this. Should do wonders for his confidence.

I'd definitely have liked to play the Spurs in the playoffs with everyone healthy. We'd match up well with them. I wouldn't want to play Denver or Memphis. Regardless, excellent game. Steamer, Johnson and Dante really did well protecting the rim in the second half. Hopefully that game knocked the cobwebs off Shved too.

Shooting yes ! But man oh man Rubio was attacking and scoring however he wanted. Catch and shoot corner 3, lay ups, floaters, reverse layups, jumpers off the dribble. Fun fun fun.

Kind of helps when 6 of your 9 guys shoot over 50% for the night.

Good things happen when you make shots. Who was that team out there and what have you done with my Timberwolves? Love may have a hard time cracking this lineup. It helps when Duncan, Parker and Leonard sit. Our scrubs kicked their scrubs' butts. Great game tonight. They made it look like childs play. Rubio was awesome and aggressive. What a player! What a team this will be when we get healthy! Let's do it again tomorrow! Who's our next victim?

Wow that was fun! The Wolves have turned in some scrappy, performances lately but this was utterly unexpected and utterly delightful. These guys never give up and tonight they never let up. Rubio is all-world and a great leader. So cool to see the rest of the guys following his lead and really stepping up big time. Am looking forward to more of this! Go, Wolves!

good for them, they deserved a win. Rubio was awesome, the all played great, hitting shots does does make a difference.

Chris Johnson ,five blocked shots in one game, is that a timber wolf record? either way a nice game for him, along with the rest of the bench.

"I'd definitely have liked to play the Spurs in the playoffs with everyone healthy. We'd match up well with them. I wouldn't want to play Denver or Memphis"...Other teams can't match up with Popovich, which is no criticism of Adelman.
