what if it's a diet soda? Not loaded with sugar, does that get treated the same as the sugary soda? Also; can we please stop with the legislation saving us from ourselves? Let freedom ring.

"If you know what you're doing is harmful to people's health, common sense says if you care, you might want to stop doing that," he said. -- That one quote says it all. No need anymore to take any personal responsibility for anything....the government, businesses, etc...everyone but you should be responsible for your own health, well being and everything else....very very sad statement on how far our nation has fallen.
