Aren't footballs fans and Vikings fans specifically tired of Prima Donnas who play when they want to and are a cancer to the locker room?

The Vikings made the best of a bad situation. Harvin showed what kind of teammate he was when he was a no show during the run to the playoffs. This team survived without him on the field. They are better off with his 'attitude' somewhere else. Nobody should put himself above the team.

Trust Speilman in the draft.

No matter what the Vikes did, ..no matter who the quarterback was, it always would have been something. In the final analysis, there would have been no pleasing Percy. I suspect it will be the same in Seattle.

Pray this trade does not fall apart. We took Seattle to the cleaners.

Looks like AP didn't get the memo..saying in his tweet Harvin was the best player he saw and felt like he had been kicked in the stomach...this what AP does know..there is no big play player left of his team to take the pressure off of him..so now look for him to be beat up even more next year...

will I miss his talent? no question. But the fact is the guy is a selfish diva (nicest words i can think of for this blog). He whined about his involvement in the offense and the quarterback? The fact is he was involved in every offensive facet and delivered the ball regularly. Ponders lack of downfield ability/targets benefited Harvin considerably as well. I hope he pans out as well as S. Rice did in Seattle...

I agree that Seattle gave us way above market for a moody talent demanding a huge deal with a single year left. Most projected all the Vikes would see was a third rounder (anybody remember the Moss or Culpepper trades?) For Speilman to wrangle a first rounder and two additional picks....I'd pull the trigger on this one everyday and twice on Sundays...

A 1st, 3rd and a 7th? I can live with that. The SeaChickens can pay him $10 million a year and get a few good plays out of him and then have to put up with his crappy attitude. Works for me. The Vikings can draft 3 players that want to be a part of the team, and they can spend Percy's money on a free agent, or three, that want to be a part of the team. I approve of this trade!

Good riddance. Now Percy is Seattle's "headache". Between him, Marshawn Lynch and Richard Sherman, the Seahawks locker room will not be lacking in prima donnas.
