FORT MYERS, FLA. – Twins third baseman Trevor Plouffe was supposed to play Sunday, but he tweaked his right calf muscle during early-morning work and might not be back in action for a while.

Note to Trevor: there's this thing called 'calesthetics'. Stretching, unloosening before exertion. You know. The stuff that can keep you from tweaking and pulling every little muscle in your leg, calf ankle or whatever your problem is that happens to you on a daily basis.
