Religion beat: 'Moses, Jesus and Mary in the Qur'an' lecture at St. Thomas

Christians are often surprised to discover similarities between Islam and their own faith, by how many biblical figures are mentioned in the Qur’an, according to scholar John Kaltner.

Point out the similarities all you want. Christianity also resembles many other faiths from the celtics, egyptians, and norse. However, the big difference is how they are founded, and how their literature is written. Christianity is written by hundreds of authors, over 500 years. Jesus Christ, is a individual relationship with the deity. The Quaran, was written by one man, and the relationship their people have with God is collective. You're only saved, if everyone around you is saved. Quit trying to COMBINE these things, because they won't work! There's only one God that works with the laws and regulations of this country, and that's Jesus Christ. The reason? To make fprce a society holy, you gotta violate the law, and people's religious beliefs. That's Tyranny, and a violation of the Bill of Rights and Constitution. Islam is a Religious Political structure that does not belong in the USA because it will take down our constitution if left to it's own devices.
