It is the progressives that will not allow tort reform. 5 Th DUI? He should gave been in jail for years and then on a monitor ( at his own expense) for life. Any lawyer that would take such a case should be disbarred. No court that is credible should ever agree to hear it. As Joe S. says" the end of the world as we know it."

Truly this man is a victim. His buddy and these restaurants surely conspired to force adult beverages down his throat and then forced him behind the wheel of his car.
