The headline is misleading inferring that the hymn singing was the cause of her removal from the train. It was more about singing and causing a disturbance to others on the train.
I watched the video, and the only part I objected to was that when the woman resisted by pulling back on her cart, she was pulled off the train and fell. Otherwise, how old do you have to be before the rules stop applying to you? There is a rule on the Metro about singing.
And I notice the video conveniently stops at that point, not showing us what happened afterward.
