I would have absolutely no problem paying a little more in taxes to help balance the state budget IF I thought I could trust them with the money. But who knows what those bozos would ultimately spend it on?

Yep, only $30 a year for the average driver. So what about those that are not average, those where driving is part of their livelihood? Oh, and add on the inevitable price increases on gas alone. I just love it when politicians trivialize taxes. Where the heck is the tax money going that we are already paying? I'd grow a money tree, but I can't afford the state tax.

You mean even more taxes than the gov already wanted? What are they crazy? Why not, I guess it's not like there is any inflation happening...I say in jest of course. How are the supposed middle and lower class suppose to survive.

Are you kidding me, can't they think outside the box a little and quit raising taxes on a whim! When will it end. I'm making more money, but taking less home. This is getting old!

I think I will make my WI cabin or TX condo my primary residence!! Being self-employed will make it easy!

When is it going to end? The money tree in my yard contacted dutch elm disease a couple years ago. I think the U of M budget could easily be cut by $150 million.

More more more. Their appetite is insatiable. They just finished their last round of increases from 2008 and now they demand more on top. When is it going to end? I guess they can only take 100% of what I earn, right?

If the state stopped wasting money on transit projects like empty trains and buses, there would be plenty of money for roads and bridges.

When are we going to start generating some revenue from those bike paths? I pay nearly $30 a year for a snowmobile trail pass. Why do bikers get away with paying nothing?

It has absolutely nothing to do with adding six trillion dollars to the deficit in less than four years. It has nothing to do with bringing in 3 billion per day yet spending 11 billion per day. It has nothing to do with giving Syrian opposition 60 million. It has nothing to do with pledging 250 million to Egypt. It's really just as simple as increasing taxes to continue this business model. The only thing that we need to succeed with the current plan is to hope for different results. Why is it so hard to understand? Well, maybe it's because it doesn't work, but don't tell the left.
