No surprise. Having drones fly over U.S. airspace has been in the works for years. They're just being introduced a little at a time. You can reassured those drones WILL in fact be targeted at U.S. citizens labelled as terrorist on American soil.

Actually, it sounds like somebody's Quadcopter was a bit over the authorized altitude. Dumb move but not sinister! Somebody will step up or be ratted out.
