A convicted murderer and alleged drunk driver who happens to be in possession of a car involved in insurance fraud kills a man and his expecting wife while speeding and without a license? Solid American!

This time lock him up for good - the rest of his life. I'd much rather pay the taxes to keep these career criminals off the streets then create further mayhem.

Hey, he was running for his life. Someone was trying to shoot him. I have never had to run away from someone with a gun before. But I am not a convicted murderer.
