A convicted murderer and alleged drunk driver who happens to be in possession of a car involved in insurance fraud kills a man and his expecting wife while speeding and without a license?
This time lock him up for good - the rest of his life. I'd much rather pay the taxes to keep these career criminals off the streets then create further mayhem.
To Papasmurfer: He was not a convicted murderer. A hyperbole of facts; sounds like a cable news station, I mean something like FOX would say.
to cityperson: I apologize, he was convicted of manslaughter in 1987. Solid guy.
Hey, he was running for his life. Someone was trying to shoot him. I have never had to run away from someone with a gun before. But I am not a convicted murderer.
