Twin Cities commute will be all-day struggle

Snow is expected to fall through Tuesday, making Monday morning and evening commutes a challenge. A midafternoon lull is expected.

State tourney storms used to be an issue. Expansion of sports and schedules have all of them several weeks LATER in the year.Thus, February WAS prime time; with tournies later, less likely. You can look it up.
