Very sad story. I honestly dont understand why you would want to live somewhere with the risks that are there. I wish this family closure and hope the victim is found.

Risks? Like MN doesn't have any? We got tornadoes and forest fires. Snow falls that collapse roofs. And floods that wash away whole communities. Take your pick of the risks that vary by state. Earthquake anyone?

My sincere condolences to Mr. Bush and the rest of his family. This is truly sad. I hope the neighbours in the immediate area give strong thought to moving elsewhere as this issue is really too scary to live with on a daily basis.

I am sure they live there because it's what they could afford. I wish they would have tied a rope onto the one and let him dig for his brother. If the mattress was sticking out of the hole the brother wouldn't have been much deeper.
