Yes, this is obviously socialist propaganda, because anyone who reads the Strib comments section knows that the private sector can do everything better than guv-mint, and therefore the private hydrants are all working perfectly.

Rely on the private sector, and they fail. No surprise here. No money to be made on actually helping those who need it most.

Well, I'm sure the top 2% are losing sleep over whether or not the rentals they own are protected.....NOT! As I have said, take the average persons home, own them and the people that used to live in these homes......one day, and it comes for all of us...God will have the final say and you better hope the hydrants are working where your headed.
