Mike Redmond's hours of talking strategy in the Twins dugout set him up well to step in as manager of a rebuilding Marlins team.

So as manger he is technically the boss, right? Would the naked walk be considered sexual harassment? Glad he got a job. Should be a short stop on to a better gig, and more success. Too bad he has to start out with Loria.

U can't make up stuff like this. Looks like pitch to contact is in in Miami. Loria is another Pohlad. Hire managers on the cheap. The good news for Redmond is Gardy should be available around July 4th to teach em the Twins way. Loria and Pohlad are rated two of the worst owners of a pro sports franchise right up there with marge Schott.
