OMAHA, Neb. - A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit that accused Union Pacific and BNSF Railways of price fixing.

U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman fail 9th grade math? If the trains move X amount of miles and the railroad company spends X amount for fuel than the 5X amount the railroad for fuel sub-charges is fraud. The 5X consumers make up on purchases on all the railroads overcharges.
