Helgy, thank you for your 4 years of committment and dedication to the program I have been cheering for since the mid sixties. Your efforts and style have not been lost on me. We have been lucky to have you on the Goph's. Best luck always and I hope this spring will be the run of all runs!! SKI-U-MAH!!!

Great job Seth it has been a nice run watching you use your muscle around the paint, clearing rebounds, moving teh bisquit up to the forwards and putting a body on guys that like to hang around the paint. Keep up the good work it has not gone unoticed. May you be rewarded with a goal or two down the stretch. Go Gophs!!!!

Love this guy. The skill D guys are great to have but it's such a plus to have some size and nastiness back there.

Seth is a true Golden Gopher. He will not regret staying four years. Gopher fans are loyal and it will be all upside for him here in the Twin Cities. Big #4 thanks for the effort and good luck in the playoffs.

Toughness and grit. While not always glamorous, it never goes unappreciated by true hockey, and Gopher Hockey, fans! A big thanks to Seth. Hopefully the Gophs can capture an NCAA title. I have a feeling Seth will be a very good fit with the New Jersey Devils - what goalie wouldn't appreciate having a big D-man blocking shots and helping to keep players from being in front of the net? Good luck the rest of the season, and in the future!
