We could eliminate a lot of laws similar to this one by cutting to the chase with a "Violence Against Anybody Except Adult Caucasian Males Act". There...one law covers it all.

WWM---Whining White Men. How does this bill only target white men? There isn't any race, religion, ethics involved in this bill. Violence can happen anywhere and doesn't decide whether you are "white."

Thank you, Republicans. You've finally decided to get with the program and do what's right. Even if you were dragged, kicking and screaming, into the 21st (or, more accurately, the 19th) century. Even if it did take getting your a**es handed to you by women and minority voters in the last election. You made it happen, and I'm proud of you.

Here is one place where 2.3% could easily cut. Why are we treating any victim of violence different because of their race, sex, etc. Violence is violence!
