"Friday's meeting, the first face-to-face one since Obama was sworn in for his second term in January..." He waits til NOW to meet; has only laid false blame, rather than try to resolve. He'd rather hurt the country he serves than fix the issues, most created by himself.

These reductions in planned increases (a.k.a. "cuts" in Washington-speak) barely constitute a good start, but at least it's something.
