Wait a second....aren't we broke? Aren't we about to finally work on OUR budget by spending less money? This is like having credit card debt and then lending your red headed step child $300 for weed.

60 million? Is that all? Are you sure it's enough? We are doing so well here in America and it's just free money. If you decide you need more, just call team Obama. They seem to really have a grasp of economic issues. How in the World could we have added over six trillion dollars to our deficit in less than four years with this kind of clear thinking? It's a real mystery.
