Thrivent for Lutherans is already the largest Fraternal Benefits Society by far in the US. Using 2010 figures, Thrivent had life insurance contracts worth $62.2 billion, while #2 Knights of Columbus, a fraternal organization for Catholics, had $12.9 billion. It seems that Thrivent management cannot be satisfied with the good business they have and want more. I plan to vote "no".
