First for the 40th time, there are no cuts just a reduction in increased spending, why would a budget bigger than last years reduce the deficit.

Typical Liberals. . . let reduce the deficit, buty spending MORE money! They wont be happy until everyone is taxed at 100%. . . Of course they'll claim its just "the rich" but we ALL know better.

The deficit as percentage of GDP has been shrinking over the last three years. About six per cent of the populace knows this while over two thirds of the country believes the deficit is actually growing! The Democrats have failed miserably in the publicity department while RW GOP propaganda has been wildly successful. The mission of the budget austerity crowd is to stop any economic recovery underway which is shrinking the deficit while blaming the sequestor on Obama along with its negative economic consequences. Deny it all you want but no one in their right mind sees the sequestor as a good thing. Although many on these threads making that very claim see it as a good thing (while blaming its negative consequences on Obama)they can't reasonably have it both ways while pretending to any kind of patriotism.
