"Except for a mixup on the mound. "I didn't know what to do," Pelfrey said. "I didn't want to disrespect anybody"...when manager Ron Gardenhire walked to the mound to remove him....I hope Pelfrey doesn't become over-familiar with that procedure because of repetition.
