Acoording to the Pew Research Center using numbers based on current US immigration policy and resident reporoduction rates that the population of the US will reach 438Million by 2050. I wonder what fresh water constraints and air quality issues we will have after we grow the US population by another 138,000,000 human beings?

Don't blame the weather for the bad air! Blame humans and human activities for the pollution. Too many people or overpopulation is the main cause for this pollution. This seems to be more common now, air pollution alerts and warnings. Some people have to work outside and exert themselves, and have no choice but to breath the bad air. Minnesota is also running out of water! 438 million Americans by 2050??? WOW! Thats going to help the air and water problems in Minnesota. NOT! What we really need, and what the environment needs, is less people not only here in Minnesota and in America, but all around world. And, what is the U.N. doing about human overpopulation?? Nothing at all. America needs a zero-immigration policy now, so lets make it happen. We can start by not giving the 11 to 50 million illegal aliens now in our country amnesty or legal status, or citizenship. Lets deport them all and do it now, and enforce our current immigration laws. And lets clean up the air and replenish the water.

438 million Americans by 2050??? WOW! Thats a lot of people. Thats going to help our air and water problems. NOT! The real problem is too many people and overimmigration, not the weather. So, don't blame the weather for this. Zero immigration and population control is needed now for America.

How about we get an environmental impact statement, an infrastrcture impact statement, a quality of life statement and an honest financial cost statement of the next "comprehensive immigration" bill BEFORE it is submitted to the US Congress for a vote??

The potential new U.S. Citizens by 2050 aren't polluting our air today. You can thank coal fired power plants, diesel engines and policies that don't require businesses and people to be smart and efficient with the electricity they use. If we stopped all immigration today, our air wouldn't be any cleaner.

"Snow melt" offers a unique kind of 'loserville' air pollution that doesn't normally measure on conventional meteorological scales. In fact, I've often felt sarcastically that if pavement grit gets into the air and smells like that when it melts, I'd rather have the temperature just stay at 10 degrees or lower year-round.

Uh, yeah...it's immigrations fault. How about focusing on the source, our use of fossil fuels? That's the only thing that will make a difference. To all you Republicans out there who deny climate change and pollution, I suppose the air warnings just remind you of the pollution warnings of your youth, right?

What are you all complaining about. Every generation has this compulsion, peer pressure, obligation to have sex, marry, and make a family. Sex is the ultimate addiction, and its irresponsible results are millions upon millions of accidental pregnancies, all over the world. You just can't retrain evolutionary, genetic urges to reproduce. We're all going to keep on making whoopee until the world is overflowing with us. Mathematical probability.

Humans must control their numbers or there is no hope for any of US, no hope for life on planet Earth. Start using your brains people, people can choose not to reproduce, or stop at one or two kids at the max, and curb immigration levels to America. Its within your powers. Either you will choose, or nature will choose for you and all of US. And nature can be cruel with hunger and thirst and disease and natural disasters etc... There are limits to growth here on Earth, land, water and oil are in limited supply and will runout at some point in the future. We all need clean air to breath, water, food, housing, etc...and the Earth can only give so much. We are eating our seed corn, and polluting our one and only spaceship Earth. So, lets take care if it. Lets stop our greedy and selfish ways or we will become extinct like the dinosaurs.
