Helium? For hot air balloon? I can see a gas tank leaking and causing a fire. The idea of being in a 20 person basket 1000 ft above ground sounds bad.
We did it in 2010. I don't remember any helium on board, propane certainly. The wind was not blowing in its usual way and we had a beautiful ride over the Nile. This fire and crash is a tragedy. Thousands of balloon flights are made there with no loss of life. I wonder what more can be found out to prevent this from happening in the future.
I rarely click on videos, and this is why. What did this video add to the story? It's just poor-quality background of people walking around. Just because there's a video clip available doesn't mean it's worth adding to a story.
