What about Petsmart? They sell Martha Stewart dog dishes? Are they going to get sued now as well?

This doesn't talk about a Minnesota connection. Somebody needs to find a way to make this about Minnesota.

Come one people! It's called exclusivity deals and it may or may not be written in the contract. That is for the court to decide.

thisislame--"This doesn't talk about a Minnesota connection. Somebody needs to find a way to make this about Minnesota." Yes, we need to be provincial in our news because nothing pertinent, important, or interesting happens outside of Minnesota, so why should we want to know anything else? BTW, last time I checked, Macy's and JC Penney's have stores here.

I hope Martha sticks it to Macy's. They won't get one penny from me until they Dump Trump!

IF JCP THINKS Martha Stewart will save their company, they are WRONG. Most shoppers have stopped shopping the store because the quality is poor. The availability of sizes and styles are mostly out of stock. There are no longer any great deals to be had. Those little "shops" theyre going to implement will not make a difference in my decision to go back. JCP has failed, and IS on its way out.

With all that's happening in this country and world, this cry baby CEO story means nothing. I feel so bad for him.

This is news? This belongs buried on Page 52 of People Magazine. Watching paint dry is more exciting.

I don't trust Martha Stewart any farther than I can throw one of her comforters. I lost all respect for that woman after her insider trading conviction, and she still hasn't owned up to that felony (going against multiple judges and juries and appeals courts, all of whom found against her). Yeah right, Martha. . . Macy's breached the contract.
